The surgery is open Monday to Friday 8.30.am. to 6.00.p.m

However the Practice is able to offer a range of early morning, late evening and Saturday appointments for those patients who cannot attend during normal surgery hours. Your receptionist will be able to advise you of the availability of these appointments if you think you need one.

 
Lunch-time Period: Between 12.00 noon and 1.30pm the surgery is only able to deal with emergencies. The direct telephone lines are diverted to an answer phone which explains that the surgery is closed for routine matters and advises patients to telephone on 01642 679681 if necessary.

We will not be able to deal with booking of appointments, requests for repeat prescriptions or test results during this period.

Out of Hours:

Monday to Thursday: between the hours of 6.00pm and 8.00am
Weekends: between the hours of 6.00pm Friday and 8.00am Monday
Bank Holidays: from 6.00pm the night before until 8.00am the day after

The out of hours care provided by Primecare on behalf of North Tees Primary Care Trust. Your first contact may be a highly qualified nurse who will ask some questions to ensure that you receive prompt advice from the appropriate health care professional. Your advice may be over the phone or you may be given an appointment to attend the nearest Urgent Care Centre. Transport may be provided for people who have difficulty accessing the Centre. A home visit will only be made if thought necessary by a nurse or doctor.
